Restart Your Chatbot
Delete the existing conversation with the page by hovering on the conversation in the left sidebar – a gear icon will appear under the time stamp – click the gear icon, then select “delete”
On Mobile you can long press the conversation to get to these same options.
Then Start a new conversation with the page and the Get Started prompt will be available.
